Why Write One At All?

Let’s be honest, the world doesn’t need another “manifesto.” Most of them sound like someone shouting their values into the void.

I hope this one’s different; I think you’ll find it useful. I’m not claiming I’ve discovered some cosmic truth. It’s just what I’ve learned from building, breaking, and rebuilding teams, products and brands over the years. It’s what keeps showing up when the fancy stuff wears off and real work starts.

Enough preamble. If you’ve made it this far, you probably like lists.

Here we go.

Give It A Whirl.

Yes, that was a manifesto. Don’t roll your eyes just yet.

Break it, bend it, hate it, love it, defend it, mock it even, but use it.

If these ten definitely-not-commandments feel like too much, start with one.

Try “Be clear.” If that alone shifts how your team acts, you’ll know whether the rest are worth fighting for. And if they work, good. You’ll never need another manifesto.

Ready to Make an Impact?

Reading is a start. Acting on it is better. If these ideas resonate, let’s turn them into something real for your team, your business, or your next chapter. Let's not just think differently, but build differently.
